There is no centralized application service for optometry. Rather, you must apply individually to the optometry schools. There are three optometry schools to which you should consider applying:

Since most of these schools have rolling admission (i.e. they admit students as they receive their completed applications), it is best to apply during the summer between your junior and senior years.
