Registering with Career Services

If you are a University of North Alabama student or graduate who meets the following qualifications, you can now register with Career Services online! Our staff members are still available to assist you with your résumé, cover letter, or any other job search questions you may have. However, to access our employer database or to search jobs, you no longer have to come by our office. You can register or search positions from the comfort of your own home, office, or any Internet-accessible computer!

New Registrants: Thank you for your interest in registering with the UNA Career Services Symplicity Registration System! We look forward to assisting you with your job search process. As you register, please follow these very important directions:

ONLY ENTER YOUR INFORMATION ONE TIME.

You will see a blank screen with the UNA logo once your information has been submitted.

Remember that employers will see your profile information, so make sure that your profile is error-free and professional (i.e. DO NOT USE ALL CAPS or ALL LOWERCASE).

You are responsible for maintaining your information and monitoring your email account. If email sent by an employer or by our office bounces back and you do not have a working alternate email address, your account will be deleted.

YOU MUST BE APPROVED (please allot approx. 2 business days) by the Career Services office BEFORE YOU CAN SEARCH for positions or UPLOAD a copy of your résumé.

You will receive an email message once you have been approved to search the database or upload a résumé.

Already Registered: If you have already registered with the Symplicity (no longer EASE) system and would like to search the database or upload a résumé, please enter your username and password here.

It's the only way to become eligible to participate in On-Campus Interviewing with employers

Setting up a profile gives you access to the database of over 1600 employers

You can establish a Job Agent which will inform you when a posted job matches your criteria (an average of 250 jobs are posted each month)

After you upload your résumé, employers have direct access to YOU and the information you choose to enter (so make sure it's accurate and error-free!)

You can receive regular email from Career Services regarding upcoming events and opportunities

Undergraduate students: Be within two semesters of graduation and have completed a minimum of 64 hours toward degree

Graduate students: Be within two semesters of graduation and have completed a minimum of 15 hours at UNA

Alumni/ae: All graduates of UNA (and Florence State) are eligible to register
