The University e-mail is a service maintained for use by the faculty and staff.
The intended use of e-mail is to encourage the efficient and cost effective flow
of communication as is inherent in American higher education. Other than for legal
purposes, the University does not attempt to control, monitor, or otherwise
regulate this medium of communication.
