The University of North Alabama provides Internet access to campus auxiliary
enterprises and student organizations for an initial connection fee and annual fee.
The initial connection fee and the annual fee are established by the business
office and computer services for the purpose of recovering costs incurred by the
institution. Internet service is provided at the discretion of the University and
the continuation of the service to any auxiliary enterprise or student organization
is within the sole discretion of the University.
As used herein, "auxiliary enterprise" means an entity having a contractual
relationship with the University and, as a result thereof, maintains an office on
campus for the purpose of conducting business with the University. "Student
organization" means any student organization that meets the requirements for
registration or recognition as set forth in the University of North Alabama
Student Organization Certification Policy as established and maintained by the
Student Government Association.
