Mission Statement Developmental Services desires to provide comprehensive academic and personal support for students at UNA. Consistent with ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Developmental Services is committed to providing academic programs and services that are accessible to qualified students with disabilities. It is the goal of Developmental Services to ensure that students with disabilities have equal opportunity to achieve their personal academic goals, while at the same time maintaining the integrity of the University's program requirements. Developmental Services focuses on the abilities of each individual it serves and works individually with each student to ensure that reasonable accommodations are being provided in the most effective manner.
