Dr. Abbott joined the faculty in 1983. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Indiana State University and her Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. Major teaching areas are in foods and nutrition.

Ms. Wilson joined the faculty in 1990. She received her B.A. degree from Judson College and her M.S. degree from The University of Alabama. Her major teaching duties are in fashion merchandising.
