FACULTY ATTITUDE SURVEY 2000-2001

Submitted By

Faculty Attitude Survey Committee

Richard Hudiburg, Chair

Jerry DeGregory

Tom Haggerty

The committee distributed 215 questionnaires to full-time UNA faculty members either individually or to faculty boxes in their departments.  A total of 146 questionnaire Scantrons were processed. The participation rate was 67.9% for this year’s survey. For comparison, the participation rate was 52.6% for the 1998-1999 survey and 53.6% for the 1999-2000 survey.

The response categories for strongly agree/agree were combined for reporting the results. Likewise, the response categories for strongly disagree/disagree were combined for reporting the results. The survey reports for 1996-1997 and 1997-1998 used these combined categories for reporting the survey results.

This report contains only the tabulated results.  A separate report of the written comments will be presented at a later meeting of the Faculty Senate.
