| ..... Flowers Hall is where UNA students go to stay in shape. Among its many facilities open to students are a weight room, wellness center, swimming pool, and a 3, 236-seat gymnasium as well as its classrooms, physiology laboratory, and audiovisual room. Flowers Hall houses the Department of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation along with women's athletics and men's varsity basketball, golf, and tennis. It was constructed in 1972 and is named for Mr. Hubert A. Flowers, member and head of the Department of Health and Physical Education from 1929 to 1969. ..... |
