Allergy Clinic
Allergy
injections will be administered by a registered nurse at the
direction of your own physician or allergist. You must provide the
medication and instructions. Allergy injections are given during
physician hours only. Allergy testing is not conducted at the Health
Center.
Confidentiality
All medical records
are strictly confidential. No one has access to your
medical file without your written authorization.
