Children's Literature reviewers
read and critically review more than 4,000 books annually. Our
reviews as well as those from 27 other well-known independent
review media are licensed to our sister company which offers the
Children's Literature Comprehensive Database (CLCD).
The CLCD presently contains more
than 900,000 catalog records in MARC format that have children's
headings assigned. These records come with all of the official
cataloging data, subject terms, and annotations. In addition,
the database contains more than 150,000 critical reviews of
thousands of children's books, ranging from the earliest baby
board books to novels and nonfiction for young adults. An
average of more than 1,500 new reviews are added to the database
monthly. |
