The University of North Alabama's Catalog (UNACAT) provides access to the on-campus collection of books, periodicals, government publications, and audiovisual materials. Records are also included for over 30,000 electronic books to which the library has access.

For distance learning students without Web access, short searches of UNACAT can be conducted with the results sent to them. For more information contact the dlthompson@una.edu

A great deal of information is available at no charge over the Internet, including access to academic library catalogs and many full-text resources. Links to a number of these sources are provided through the library's web page under Other Library Catalogs and Internet Resources Collection.

Users should exercise caution in using Internet resources as the quality and reliability vary widely. For guidance on evaluating Web resources, see the Library Instruction/Instructional Guides section on the library's web page. Collier Library's reference librarians can provide further assistance in identifying and accessing quality Internet sources.
