By clicking submit I understand that the SOAR date I have selected will be confirmed upon the receipt of SOAR registration money.  I also understand that there are no refunds of SOAR fees.  Checks should be made payable to UNA.  The SOAR registration fee is to be mailed to SOAR, One Harrison Plaza, UNA Box 5033, Florence, AL 35632-0001.  If I fail to show for the SOAR Session without calling a week ahead to reschedule, I understand there will be an additional $20 fee assessed to reschedule. Please put your name on the check/money order before mailing it.

Note:  If you are unable to attend Family Orientation on the date for which you registered and need to make alternate arrangements, please call (256) 765-4248.
