PBL Membership
The Beta Alpha Phi Chapter of Phi Beta Lambda has 57 active members. The chapter has a Business Advisory Council ( with its own officers) consisting of 10 business people. Business Advising Council was formed in 1994 and continues to be an integral part of the chapter's success. Council members represent all areas of business ranging from banking to the Better Business Bureau. The chapter was the largest chapter in the state of Alabama in 1999-2002.
Membership is open to all students interested in pursuing a business or business-related career. FBLA-PBL has a combined membership of over 240,000 active members in over 13,000 chartered chapters in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories, and Department of Defense Dependent Schools worldwide. PBL membership accounts for 13,000 members, 600 chapters, and 1,000 advisers.
