MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT:

Our maintenance department is responsible for maintaining all heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, building electrical/lighting systems, fire alarms, plumbing systems, carpentry, lock repairs and key requests. Our personnel perform preventive maintenance, general repairs, minor renovations, and construction projects. We offer our assistance in Special Events such as Commencement and Registrations.

ORGANIZATION

The Physical Plant Department is composed of numerous technical/skill shop that are responsible for the repair and maintenance of campus facilities. Please call the Physical Plant work Receptionist (4274) between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. weekdays for the following services:
