Welcome Back new and returning Students!

 

The Recreational Sports and Fitness program is committed to providing a positive experience for our members and improving the quality of life on campus and beyond. We strive to accomplish this by providing an atmosphere which promotes a healthy lifestyle through our program offerings as well as fostering personal development through an inviting recreational experience.

Outdoor Facilities Construction/Renovation:

 

Renovation is underway on the main practice field located on Pine Street.

 

 

Construction is underway of the new Intramural/Recreation Facility located on Cypress Street adjacent Fraternity Row.

 

Recreational Sports will have use of both of these Facilities.

The Softball entry period has been extended untill September 3rd. If you would like to get a team together you still have time!

 

The Softball Team Captain's meeting has been moved to September 4th as well.

 

Because of UNA's home Football Game on Thursday we will have shorter hours that day from 6:30pm - 6:00pm.

 

Due to the upcoming Labor Day break we will have the following hours:

 

Friday: 6:30am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 3:00pm - 7:00pm

Sunday: 3:00pm 7:00pm

Monday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

 

On these days we will also only have a few of the Group Exercise Classes:

Thursday we will only have 3:45 Ab Attack and 4:30 Butts and Guts

Friday only 3:45 Ab attack will be held

All classes will be canceled Monday.
