The Judicial
Branch, also referred
to as the Student Court, is composed
of a Chief Justice
and four associate
justices. The Student Court is responsible
for seeing
that all areas of the SGA Code of
Laws and Constitution are followed. The
Court also hears complaints arising between
student organizations in its
jurisdiction. Justices
are appointed by the SGA President in the fall.
